Panelist, Discharge Upgrades in the Era of Liberal Consideration

Colonel Gary Cregan grew up in Maryland, near Fort Meade, where he attended middle school and high school. He became a lifetime Hokie and earned his Bachelor of Science in Engineering at Virginia Tech. As Director, he serves as the President of each Military Review Board, including the Army Discharge Review Board, Army Special Review Board, and DA Suitability Evaluation Board. He directs a team of twenty Soldiers and twenty Civilians in their efforts to provide the best outcomes for our Veterans, Soldiers, and our Army. Prior to coming to ARBA, COL Cregan was the Director of the US Transportation Command (TRANSCOM) Liaison Office to The Joint Staff, where he represented the interests of TRANSCOM to the Joint Staff, OSD, and the Services.
