Panelist, Maryland Legislative Update for Veterans

David Dragics served 28 years as a Military Intelligence officer on both active and reserve duty in the U.S. Army.  He is a Vietnam War veteran, having served as a counter-intelligence advisor to the Vietnamese government from 1969-70.  He served on two Army Reserve Command intelligence staffs and had two command assignments—one at the company level in signal intelligence, the other at the national level in strategic intelligence.  He is also a veteran of Operation Desert Storm, where he was called back to active duty and served as the Director of Operations for the Defense Intelligence Agency’s Desert Storm Task Force in 1990-91.  He is the retired Senior Vice President, Investor Relations for CACI International Inc, headquartered in Reston, Virginia.  He is a life member of the Military Officers Association of America (MOAA) and a member of the OSS Society.  He is a graduate of The Ohio State University and earned an MBA at the University of Pittsburgh.  He and his wife, Renee, live in Annapolis.
