Professor McClean is Assistant Professor and Director of the Bob Parsons Veterans Advocacy Clinic at the University of Baltimore School of Law. Prior to joining the faculty, McClean was Assistant Professor in the Department of Law, U.S. Air Force Academy, Colorado Springs, Colorado, where he received the the Outstanding Academy Educator Award in 2010. McClean served in the U.S. Air Force Judge Advocate General Corps from 2003 to 2014 and held positions as a prosecutor, defense attorney, law professor, and assistant general counsel. Prior to his commissioning, McClean served as a public defender in Lake County, Ohio.
