Julie Glover is a veterans’ law attorney in private practice in Dallas, Texas. Along with her law partner, Adam Luck, she founded GloverLuck, LLP in 2014. She exclusively handles VA disability compensation cases at both the agency and Court levels. Julie earned a J.D. from Texas Wesleyan University and an L.L.M. from the University of Alabama. She is a member of the state bars of Texas and New Mexico and is admitted to practice before numerous district courts, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims, the United States Court of Appeal for the Federal Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States. She is also a member of the National Organization of Veterans’ Advocates (NOVA) and Chair-Elect of the Military and Veterans Law Section of the State Bar of Texas.
