Katherine Mullen is a Student Attorney in the Bob Parsons Veterans Advocacy Clinic at the University of Baltimore School of Law, and an evening student. She has a combined 18 years of experience in state government, political and legislative affairs, communications, and journalism. Prior to law school, Ms. Mullen earned a master’s degree in Women’s and Gender Studies from Towson University, and bachelor’s degrees in international relations and French from SUNY New Paltz.
