Lonni Kyhos Summers, Esq. is a senior court management consultant with the National Center for State Courts. She has dedicated her career to addressing barriers to justice. Lonni’s professional experience includes directing the Maryland Judiciary’s statewide network of Maryland Court Help Centers, which assist more than 100,000 self-represented litigants annually from 10 locations throughout Maryland. Lonni managed the consumer law unit of a Baltimore non-profit legal services provider, represented tenants in rent court in Washington D.C., and staffed the award-winning District Court Help Center in Glen Burnie. She is a graduate of Drexel University’s Thomas R. Kline School of Law.
