Zemini Astatkie is a third-year law student at the University of Baltimore and is a Maryland native. She is a Fannie Angelos Scholar, a member of the government and military law association, and a student attorney in the Bob Parsons Veterans Advocacy clinic. Zemini served with the U.S. Navy JAG Corps at the Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland, and will be commissioning into the Navy JAG Corps after graduation.
