Nuts and Bolts of Chapter 7 Bankruptcy (2-Day Training)
This training is intended for lawyers who are admitted to practice before the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maryland and willing to accept pro bono Chapter 7 bankruptcy cases. Brett Weiss of the Weiss Law Group will review the forms and procedures for filing the chapter 7 case. John Gabel of Community Legal Services of Prince George’s County will cover contested matters and special procedures for handling the pro bono case.
