Civil Practice and Procedure in Maryland’s District Courts

This training, co-sponsored by the MSBA Young Lawyers Section, is appropriate for experienced litigators who want to learn more about affidavit judgment and failure to pay rent cases AND for newer attorneys who want a comprehensive introduction to Maryland's District Courts. In exchange for this FREE training, attendees must commit to volunteer at three consumer protection or rent court clinics through the Consumer Protection Project (CPP) and Tenant Volunteer Lawyer of the Day (TVLD) Program.
