With an expected number of almost 300 attendees, the structure of the day includes a variety of panel discussions related to the delivery of legal services to the poor and disenfranchised, a morning plenary, and a luncheon keynote address by powerful guest speakers with a passion for justice.

This panel covers important documents that parents in Maryland can complete as a part of their plan with a focus on Maryland's Standby Guardianship law, why it was necessary, how it works, and how families can use it as a part of their comprehensive plan.
