Mr. Antione Waller was appointed Executive Director of the Baltimore Regional Office in July 2014. As Baltimore Regional Office Executive Director, Mr. Waller is responsible for the oversight of delivery of Compensation and Veteran Readiness and Employment benefits to over 383,790 Veterans and their beneficiaries living in Maryland and the surrounding counties. In October 2016, Mr. Waller expanded his leadership responsibilities by overseeing the National Capital Region Benefits Office in Washington, DC. Prior to this position, Mr. Waller served nearly 4 years as the Executive Director of the St. Paul Regional Office and nearly 2 years as Director of the Wichita Regional Office.

In addition to the Baltimore/National Capital Region Benefits Offices, Mr. Waller also provides leadership and oversight to 15 satellite benefits offices located in Maryland, DC and Northern Virginia.

Mr. Waller was born on Maryland’s Eastern Shore, Salisbury Maryland and received a Bachelor’s Degree from Salisbury State College, Salisbury, Maryland in 1984. After graduating from college, he served as a commissioned officer in the United States Army from February 1985 to August 1989.

Mr. Waller is a 2010 graduate of the One-VA Senior Executive Candidate Development Program. In 2006, Mr. Waller graduated from the Department of Veterans Affairs Assistant Director Development Program (ADDP) and Federal Executive Institute (FEI). He is an alumnus of the Leadership VA (LVA) Class of 2003. Additionally, Mr. Waller’s professional accolades include the Harvard University John F. Kennedy School of Government.
